Students at the University of Missouri who wish to immerse themselves in Chinese culture and/or improve their Chinese language skills have a range of programs in China from which to choose. Through the International Center, MU has partnership programs in Wuhan, Beijing, Nanjing, and Shanghai. Study abroad programs to China are also offered through the School of Journalism.
MU Faculty-Led China Study Abroad Program
The MU Chinese Studies program, in cooperation with MU's Trulaske School of Business, now offers a unique 4 week program that focuses on the developments in China’s international relations and the impact of modernization and integration into the world community on China’s sense of national identity, the shape of Chinese culture, and on the lives of ordinary people.
